Polyester carded fibers are universal filling material made of Hollow Conjugated Siliconized fibers.

Applications of silicone down:
- garden cushions,

- insulated clothing,
- advertising gadgets.

Certified polyester products

Our products are certified:
- OEKO – TEX for our finished products - guaranteeing the absence of harmful chemicals,
- FIRA certificate, which confirms their flame retardancy,
- our products tested by DEKRA meet EN-71-3 standards
- Certificate of Conformity prepared at the Łódź Institute of Technology, which certifies that our products meet the requirements for permissible contents
of organic and inorganic compounds.   

Ecological PES products

In our products, we try to focus not only on quality, but also on ecology. The high-loft nonwoven fabrics we offer are made from recycled materials, including
recycled PET bottles.

Baby Ball® silicone down for the youngest
We have also created Baby Ball® products that have obtained the Oeko Tex Standard 100 certificate, which means that they are completely
safe for children under 3 years of age. Baby Ball® silicone down is available in both 100% PES and recycled versions, ensuring the highest quality and environmental friendliness.
This is an excellent solution for products intended for the youngest.

The test carried out by DEKRA was carried out in accordance with the EN 71-3 standard, which is a part of the European standards regarding safety requirements for toys.
Our loose fillings have been tested in accordance with the aforementioned standard, which makes them safe for use in children's toys.

It is most often used for:

- baby feeding rolls,
- baby wraps,
- baby cocoons,
- baby sleeping bags,
- baby cot bumpers.

For convenient transport and storage, our silicone down is packed in PP bags weighing up to 30 kg.
