Polyester fiber balls are universal filling material made of Hollow Conjugated Siliconized fibers formed into a ball shape with a diameter of about 0.5 cm.
They are mainly dedicated to products requiring resistance of impaction.
Application of silicone balls:
- bedroom pillows,
- garden pillows,
- furniture pillows,
- decorative pillows
- sleeping bags,
- pet beds and toys,
- plush toys,
- advertising gadgets
Our products have the following certificates:
-OEKO – TEX for our finished products - guaranteeing the absence of harmful chemicals,
- FIRA certificate, which confirms their flame retardancy,
- our products tested by DEKRA meet the EN-71-3 standards
- Certificate of Conformity drawn up at the Łódź Institute of Technology, which certifies that our products meet the requirements for permissible contents
of organic and inorganic compounds.
In our products, we try to focus not only on quality, but also on ecology. The high-volume nonwoven fabrics we offer are made from recycled materials,
including recycled PET bottles. We also have fillings from by-products.
Baby Ball® – silicone balls dedicated to the youngest.
Additionally, we have created a unique Baby Ball® filling, which has undergone a restrictive testing process. They have been certified with the OEKO - TEX Standard 100, guaranteeing that they are completely safe for children under 3 years of age. The test carried out by DEKRA was carried out in accordance with the EN 71-3 standard,
which is a part of the European standards regarding safety requirements for toys.
Baby Ball® balls are made of 100% PES fiber or recycled materials.
This is an ideal solution for children's products such as:
- children's bedding,
- toys,
- baby feeding rolls,
- baby wraps,
- baby cocoons,
- children's sleeping bags,
- crib protectors.
To facilitate transport and storage, our silicone balls are packed in PP bags weighing from about 10 to even 30 kg, which facilitates the issue of transport, logistics and storage.
